Etna Casa del Sole

Una estancia maravillosa, las habitaciones preciosas con todos los detalles y camas comodisimas. Los anfitriones encantadores, el desayuno delicioso en una terraza preciosa y las instalaciones de la piscina un lujo.

Chambre familiale pour 3. Le petit déjeuner sous forme d’un buffet est très complet : salé , sucré .. il y a de quoi bien déjeuner. La piscine est grande. Accueil et arrivée très tardive ( 23h) par les propriétaires à l’écoute . On peut garer sa voiture dans la propriété.

Manque des œufs pour le buffet.

We arrived at Etna late, so the host was nice enough to offer some water, because it was too late for us to go to the shops. The room had a fridge and a kettle. It also strong air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the pool. The pool was lovely and big. Breakfast was delicious. Nice to eat outside. The staff were very polite and helpful. They tried to speak English for us, which was helpful. Etna was in walking distance of some restaurants. Etna had its own secure parking.

The TV was very basic and all Italien channels. Would of been nice to have some other channels when it rained. The bedding was a bit rough and the room/bathroom was a bit old fashioned. We didnt see much of the host. If we wanted our room cleaning or anything else, we would have to try find her or wait to see her. Unfortunately Mount Etna was letting out ash most of the days we was there, so because the pool was so black one day, we couldn't swim. It took 24 hours to clean, so we had to go the beach and pay 50 euros for sunbeds instead. Would be helpful if they had a pool cover. The location was slightly up hill, so not great for walking if you have mobility issues.
