Great location! 10 minute walk to the subway making it super easy to get around all of Toronto

Good location, close to downtown area, fairly close to subway station, lots of eateries close by. Clean room and bedding. Fridge, microwave and a good shower.

No external signage. You will receive a door code on the day of arrival so you need mobile contact (sim or Wi-Fi) to receive the code. There is no-one present at the property to help.

Comfortable bed and clean sheets, with fresh towels offered every two days. Grateful for the fridge and microwave, which made life so much easier since there are a couple of supermarkets within 5 min walking. Also really appreciated having Roku TV in the room. If you’re in the LGBTQ+ community (or interested in visiting the area), The Village is a short 10 min walk - perfect spot! There’s a subway station 5 min away as well.

I stayed for 6 nights and not once was the room serviced/cleaned during my stay. This didn’t bother me too much, but just something to keep in mind if you’re pickier with housekeeping. I actually got a complaint from the manager for making popcorn in the microwave because of the smell, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d still recommend this place for good value for money.

Very inexpensive and well-located. The owner/ manager provided clear instructions via text messages. Very quiet.

On-street parking. The neighborhood is in transition to high density residential redevelopment. Never saw anyone. A little run down. Our bathroom was barely functional. The bed was comfortable. The lighting minimal. Passable TV.
