I had originally booked a specific room; however, upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been changed to an upstairs room without prior notice or consultation. This unexpected change caused inconvenience, as the originally booked room was selected based on my preferences and needs. The lack of communication regarding this adjustment was particularly disappointing. I would appreciate an explanation for why the change was made and why I was not informed in advance. Additionally, I kindly request that you advise on how this matter can be resolved, as the experience did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. I like cleanliness of place,the staff were friendly and the place is safe

Beautiful gardens.

Microwave had food left in it for who knows how long, it stank, so could not use the microwave. Parking was a nightmare so was woken up early to move out car so someone could get out. Then got stuck outside gate as did not have my room key to get back in.
