I had originally booked a specific room; however, upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been changed to an upstairs room without prior notice or consultation. This unexpected change caused inconvenience, as the originally booked room was selected based on my preferences and needs. The lack of communication regarding this adjustment was particularly disappointing. I would appreciate an explanation for why the change was made and why I was not informed in advance. Additionally, I kindly request that you advise on how this matter can be resolved, as the experience did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. When I arrived, there was the cleaning lady and gardener (who were very sweet and helpful). The rooms are decorated so nicely. Very arty and funky.

I didn't like that there wasn't a more formal check-in. The heater in my room made a terrible noise every time it started, and the air was lukewarm. I asked if they had additional heaters, which they didn't, and then they kindly moved me without me asking, which was very kind of them. The new room was much bigger, as cool as the one before, and the heater worked, which was great; however, the water heat in the shower was a problem- it was lukewarm, and in the cold winter it would have been nice for it to be hot. The basin temp got hot, but the cold tap didn't work at all, so you couldn't make it cooler. The curtains are very thin, and the property is brightly lit, so the room wasn't dark enough to sleep. The hand soap was finished and not refilled.
