Vedganga Villa - Homestay

We stayed at Vedganga Homestay with my wife while driving to Goa, and it was one of the best decisions we made. It's an excellent place to break the journey and relax. The first thing we noticed was how clean everything was. The bedrooms were spotless, the beds had fresh and clean linens, and the attached bathrooms were very well maintained. Every bedroom has its own attached washroom, which is a huge plus if you're travelling with family or friends. The homestay has almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay—AC, TV, Wi-Fi, geyser, fridge, RO drinking water, gas stove, oven, grill, and a fully functional kitchen. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. The living room is spacious and has a very calm and cozy vibe where everyone can sit together and unwind after a long drive. There is secure gated parking, and the watchman's family stays on the property, so we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The area is peaceful and quiet. The location is another big advantage. It's very close to the NH4 Pune–Bengaluru Highway, making it extremely convenient for travellers. We also visited the Mahalakshmi Temple, which is only about a 15-minute drive away. A special mention to Richard, the caretaker, who was very helpful and guided us whenever we needed anything. And a nice surprise—Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zomato all deliver here, which is super convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Vedganga Homestay to anyone visiting Kolhapur or travelling towards Goa. We would definitely stay here again
