It’s a big condo with plenty of space for the family

That check in is really late, I mean 4 o’clock is almost the end of the day and I’m still getting charged for the full day. The windows need blinds the sunlight hits you in the face too early in the morning. I asked vicasa if the house had bbq pits and they said no charcoal grills where allowed just gas so we had to bring our only to find out they had a charcoal grill on the property smh, But other than that it was a nice home

Location was great for beach access.

When we arrived the smoke alarm kept going off. It was frustrating. Then after returning from the beach the door would not open with the code we were given. The lock was malfunctioning. When called the number we were given no one would answer and the local person we texted messaged us the next day. If I hadn’t seen a sign in the window and called the number we would’ve never gotten back in our rental!! Between the smoke alarm and the door lock it was a disappointing/frustrating start to our trip. Also, the lack of kitchen items such as large serving bowls or just some salt and pepper was also disappointing for the cost of this rental property. Kitchen items can use some updating.

To me the furniture could have been more comfortable

best thing was the location, very short walk or cart ride to the beach. the outside spaces were large and roomy. enjoyed a cool dip in the pool across the street after a hot day at the beach.

the promised internet only worked in the garage. we contacted the property multiple times they even sent someone out but it was never fixed. there was mold in 1st floor bathroom and air vents were caked in mold. overall the property was dirty.
