The location in general.

The staff gave us the other apartment by mistake, and I had booked specifically the apartment with the balcony. I called them and asked why they made this change without prior notice, and they never asked! I messaged them several times, asking for their response about this matter and also about the hair dryer and iron that weren't working, and they never answered.

Disappointed

Well located, spacious, plenty of facilities. Nice view.

Quite poor redacted instructions, it's hard to find the door, eg. where it says "on the right" is actually on the left, etc. If you try calling the host you will not receive any response. You'll need internet access when you reach the main entrance otherwise you cannot enter. You are literally on your own, if you have a long stay no one will clean the room, they don't provide fresh towels/sheets. The sofabed is uncomfortable.

Pleasant

Loaction near to the train station and the hospital, Bright and has open view, clean building and studio has new furniture.

Sofa bed and the pillows are very uncomfortable and caused for us a neck and back pain and when we asked from the owner for extra pillows twice but they ignored our request althought we rented the studio for a month, vaccume is broken and very poor, no kettle and limited cooking tools suitable for short stays.

Very bad experience and embarassing questions from the owner.

I thought to have written a barely sufficient review, but the final treatment of the host was really disappointing so I can't outline any good in this review.

The really disappointing part of this experience is that after leaving, the owner wrote to me asking: "We miss a carpet and towels in the bathroom and parts of the bad". I was SHOCKED. It's the first time in my 60 years and hundreds of travels everywhere in the world that I've been asked such questions. However, I must also say that (clearly seen in the pictures, there was no bathroom carpet (by the way, no towels for exiting the shower, small and poor towels anyway) and this was supposed to last for 5 days: I think that more towels could have been provided for such a longer staying. The bed is not actually a bed but a convertible sofa with only one pillow (other pillows were available but without the cover). I had problems locking the door since the lock is strange and requires special action to pull it in a certain position before locking. Also, it took me a while to enter the apartment: I'm a computer expert. Still, the procedure uses a mix of web pages and an app, so the user experience (UX) is somewhat unclear and asks for unnecessary details. When I asked for some clarification, there was no answer. The owner still insists "Plus Paying 60€ a night for an entire one bedroom apartment with balcony and parking" --> he is clearly confused: the "Casa Luigi" (where I was) has no view from a closet called "balcony". Moreover I paid 76 euro per day for a 5 day staying: normally I get a much much better service for that price! The location is nothing special; you need at least a 15-minute walk to reach anything significant. Do not expect anything special from a 3rd-floor apartment with a very old elevator. It's certainly not worth the price. Avoid it if you can!

COFFEE MACHINE HAD NO COFFEE. BED WAS A COUCH CONVERSION HAD A WASHING MACHINE BUT NO DETERGENT NOT ENOUGH SOAP OR SHAMPOO. LOCK SYSTEM TOOK THREE STEPS.TO GET IN NEVER MET HOST. PLACE WAS CLEAN. LOOKS LIKE IT WAS RECENTLY RENOVATED.

Inaccettabile il divano letto per l'ospitalità.

La struttura offre caffè e tè. La posizione è decisamente il punto più forte della casa. La struttura dista 15' a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e 15' dal centro. L'appartamento è pulito e la comunicazione con gli hosts è ottima. Ho trovato difficoltà nel pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Mi mandavano un link per il pagamento che indirizzava ad altre cose. Mi sono lamentata e mi hanno rispedito il link ma senza nessun esito! L'accesso alla struttura va bene. Bisogna tenere sotto controllo il proprio cellulare che sia carico per poter aprire il portone di ingresso nel palazzo. Non ho trovato difficoltà ad accedere al palazzo e all'appartamento.

Il letto non era comodo per niente. Questo è il punto più dolente e inaccettabile: far dormire gli ospiti ad un divano letto mezzo scassato. Al livello della schiena forma una curva e quindi non è affatto comodo per far dormire l'ospite. La cosa ancora più inquietante è che l'appartamento Carolina dove ho alloggiato fa per due ospiti! Ma come fanno a dormire due persone in quel divano letto? Solo per la mancanza di un letto decente questa struttura perde tutti i punti. Consiglio caldamente agli Hosts di andare a IKEA e comperare letti comodi. Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo, ma nessuno ti nega un letto comodo. Mi fa capire che non esiste considerazione per la salute dell'ospite, in un paese come l'Italia famoso per l'ospitalità. SONO MOLTO DELUSA e mi sono sentita non ben voluta in questa struttura.

La possibilità di utilizzare un posto auto interno al parco é stato molto comodo e apprezzato.

Casa carina ma cattiva gestione

La casa è davvero carina, con arredi nuovi è in una posizione davvero strategica. Si trova a pochi metri dall'ospedale San matteo e ad 1 km dal centro. Essendo dotata di un parcheggio interno, è ottima per chi decide di soggiornare a Pavia con auto o mezzo proprio. Ahimè pur essendoci questi particolari positivi, le caratteristiche e situazioni negative hanno prevalso.

Inizio dal fatto che in casa pur essendoci gli utensili, questi non erano per il numero delle persone per cui avevamo prenotato. Infatti eravamo in due, ma c'era solo una tazzina da caffè. Ma sorvolando su questa situazione, le stoviglie erano tutte sporche, per cui decidiamo di lavare e pur essendoci la lavastoviglie, non c'era nulla per poterla azionare, decidiamo di lavarle a meno ma ovviamente non c'era nemmeno il sapone o la spugnetta per poterle lavare. Quindi decidiamo di comprare il tutto prima ancora di lamentarci (e menomale visto che mi hanno fornito solo una spugnetta e una bustina da 50 ml),sorvoliamo anche su questo e notiamo che le asciugamani per la doccia non erano due, ma solo una. Nel momento in cui notiamo che la porta non si chiudeva con le istruzioni fornite inizialmente, decidiamo di contattarli ed essendo tanti problemi, di cui uno preoccupante, preferisco chiamarli. La persona che mi risponde ribadisce con toni alti di scrivere perché solo per urgenze era il caso di effettuare la chiamata e nonostante il fatto che la porta non si chiudesse lo fosse, lui mi invita a non far polemica. Quindi concluderei dicendo che la casa pur essendo carina è gestita davvero male e per il prezzo non ne vale la pena.
