E12 Boutique Apartments

All the amenities and location were excellent. They let us check in earlier before the actual check-in time . Owner was very helpful and kind.

The room was very dusty and wasn't cleaned by the cleaning lady. Just wanted to bring this to the owner's attention.

Overall it was good

The sofa bed not very comfortable and there was a smell from the toilet

Everything was pretty much as described. You have to count the floors otherwise you may appear on the wrong door to another key box. However the apartment is very nice, it has everything you need and was 26 degrees in the winter which was perfect.

Exceptional location, it was easy to get around. Central to all shops, transportation and tourist attractions. The apartment has all facilities needed for our stay. Although no lift, it can be stressful to get to the floor apartment after a stressful day, but this was not a problem for us.

Minus 2 - For the bathroom: The bathroom needs immediate intervention.  Water spills out of the bathroom when one takes shower, and gives a bad smell after a long time. Apartment of such value should have this fixed. Minus 2 - For cleaning: The apartment was not properly cleaned when we get there. The bedroom had hairs on the bed, the kitchen facilities were not properly cleaned. For example, the inner part of the microwave top was sticky with dirt, the kettle was sticky with dirt, you can tell it has been long those were cleaned. It is important the management investigate the cleaning before the client check in to the apartment. The towel and bedsheets need to be changed as they are old and had weird smell.
