Die Lage war gut. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet. Es gab eine Tiefgarage.

Die Aussage Wohnung mit Meerblick war nicht korrekt. Mann konnte nur Bäume sehen. Da eine sehr starke befahrene Straße am Haus vorbei führt, war es sehr laut.Die Tiefgarage war sehr eng und tief,also für große Autos nicht geeignet. Auch musste man aus der Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnung drei Treppen überwinden.
