Apartment in Zsira near Thermal Spa

The park around the villas is wonderful, the apartment is clean and neat. However, the description is misleading, stating that there is a pool adjoining the property. In fact, the pool is in common use, although easily accessible.

The keys were extremely difficult to find; it was very difficult to reach the landlord, there was someone replacing him; there was no clear description how the wifi should be used; the pillow was huge and somewhat uncomfortable; getting an invoice afterwards was tiringly difficult.

Beautiful place with a pond, nobody there, we could enjoy it on owr own, calm place during the day. Near the spa (Bükfürdő and Lutzmansburg).

Wrong number of the house in the voucher - instead of 43O there was 34O. Fortunately, there was a guy at the cleaning servise office who guided us. We haven't received the pin in the voucher or anywhere prior to our arrivel so we weren't able to get in the house. Noone answered the calls (the agency nor the owner of the house). The man at the office gave us the entrence pin but as he said this is not his responsibility, he is responsible only for the cleaning... No communication of the host. There wasn't any password for the WiFi. In the night frogs were soooo loud, impossible to fall asleep with open window. The aircondition only in the living room.
