Lovely apartment, great location, south facing balcony, clean, spacious, only a few minutes walk from the beach. Sonia the host was amazing!

Nothing, exactly as we expected it to be from previous reviews and comments. We loved it.

Die Lage ist absolut genial für einen, der kein Auto, sondern die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzt und der sich meistens selbst ernährt. Mercadona war etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Apartment im 4.Stock mit Aufzug, genial geschnitten, Küche ausreichend ausgerichtet, Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berg und Ozean, die Gastgeberin Sonia total zuvorkommend, smart TV mit deutschen Kanälen, WLAN ausreichend stark, zum Strand 2 Gehminuten, diverse Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, 15 Gehminuten zum Trajekt, 10 Gehminuten zum Busbahnhof, und mit Bus Nr. 40 danach 20 Minuten zum Flughafen, alles gut mit dem schweren Rollkoffer zu bewältigen. Und natürlich absolut perfekter Support von Booking.com.

Fällt mir leider nichts auf nur vielleicht, dass im Sommer im Apartment ziemlich heiß werden könnte und es auf die Qualität der Klimaanlage ankommt, aber für den Winter ist es optimal.

Это очень чистые и уютные апартаменты! Пожалуй, одни из самых чистых, где я бывала. Тут реально чувствуешь себя как дома. Расположение прекрасное, рядом всё , что нужно. Кафе, пляжи ( на одном из 2 пляжей, в 5 минутах ходьбы, шикарные закаты)магазины, рестораны, автобусная станция. Порт в 7 минут ходьбы, там я брала в аренду авто. Очень, очень удобное расположение. Парковка вокруг бесплатная, мест много, совсем рядом не всегда удаётся поставить машину, но в целом, место мы находили всегда, чуть больше пройтись если.

Немного шумновато, были вечера, когда сложно было уснуть, но не из за шумных туристов, нет, окно спальни не выходит на туристическую улицу, а именно местные, не смотря на время, очень громко беседуют под окнами допоздна, порой. Но так не всегда, было пару вечеров. Ещё, это не минус, так, для идеала мне не хватило. Если вы собираетесь готовить дома, вся тефлоновая посуда ( сковордки, закрывающаяся тосторница, всё, что покрыто тефлоном) считайте, что их нет. На такой посуде готовить нельзя.

Everything was simply perfect! Sonia is an amazing host - she met me upon my arrival and showed me around the apartment. The apartment itself is gorgeous and spacious - it has everything you might need, it really is like a home away from home, down to the most minor details. And the view! You could sit for hours on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the mountains. The location is superb! Literally 2 min walk to the closest beach, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, small supermarkets, and cute stores. Also, if you plan to travel around the island on public buses, getting to all the vital stops from the apartment is easy. Like other travelers have noted, it can get a bit noisy, but what do you expect in the very city center, which happens to be very touristy? Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment enough - truly the best decision I made coming to Tenerife.
