The location is super close to the beach and sea

L’emplacement et l’accueil de Ouardia qui est très professionnelle et à l’écoute.
La qualité des équipements.
Le parking souterrain difficilement accessible (même si les seuls responsables sont le promoteur et l’architecte) et dont l’entrée était inondée
La propreté des parties communes qui laisse à désirer pour un appartement de ce standing.C’était déjà le cas l’an dernier…
L’absence de chauffage… heureusement que la température était clémente ce week-end.
L’absence de double de clés à disposition des clients, ce qui est surprenant pour un appartement pouvant accueillir une grande famille. Aucune réponse apportée malgré les efforts de Ouardia.

Great appartment with perfect views.Great terrace to have breakfast (and dinner)
Good kitchen and good sofa.
Clean and great host to provide keys and advice.
not enough warm water to have a shower for all 7 people.
