From the website when I was booking, it stated bottom floor or ground floor or first floor (I cannot remember which it said). But it was on the 3rd floor. We had to carry our luggage up three flights and I had older people with us. And I had to help them get their luggage and themselves to our room.
Also, we came in at night and there is not any light to light up the building numbers. So it took us a bit to locate our building. I’m surprised that someone did not call security or the police because we were going from building to building and yelling to each other to the parking lot where the older ones were still in the vehicle.
Lighting the numbers on the buildings.

The property was quiet, clean, beautiful landscaping and close to the main attractions.
I have no answer to put here.
