Le calme et la nature environnante, l'emplacement parking pour les motos, la climatisation par ces fortes chaleurs. Les deux salles d'eau.

La propreté la cuisine (gazinière grasse, portes de placards intérieures sales), les escaliers pour passer de la cuisine à la salle à manger. Pas d'indications pour le fonctionnement des appareils électro-ménagers (cuisine). Emplacement de ces derniers à réorganiser car trop haut pour utilisation. Pas de connexion WIFI (très très faible à l'arrivée puis plus rien au bout de 2 jours) malgré le changement de puce par les hôtes. Manque une pancarte indicatrice avec le nom housse Marija au pied de l'église pour trouver la location.
