A good clean apartment. The agent I dealt with, Miguel, was brilliant. He dealt with 2 minor issues with urgency and efficiency.
A couple of very minor things. I would like to have had a draining rack for dishes, in the kitchen. Also a bread knife would have been handy.

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces, de la plage, et des rues plus animées. Il est très propre, très confortable, très spacieux. Miguel est très réactif par message, et se rend disponible si besoin dans des délais très courts. Je recommande ce logement à 100%.
