(3 travelers, ages 20-35)This place was absolutely perfect for us!! Everything was clean when we arrived and it was no hassle to check in, and the building is very nicely decorated. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest station (a few blocks, ~10 minutes and there is a pedestrian bridge that goes straight to Osu Kannon) so walking with a lot of bags may not be the easiest choice. A lot of things were labeled for easy use (trash, laundry, shower) which was very appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and it was spacious enough to make it work with a nice little kitchen and fridge. The bathroom was nice with a good shower and options for laundry, and a lot of toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. There is not much counter space in the bathroom, though. The setup with the table and TV were nice and the AC was heavenly! It was very easy to wash and dry our clothes. There are also a Lawsons very nearby that made it easy to get snacks, but more substantial restaurants were a bit far (other than a Komeda Coffee!) so the bike rental would come in handy for that.

The bathroom sink barely had any counter space, which made it a little hard for all of us to keep our toiletries there. It also made using the provided hair dryer a little tricky, but nothing that we couldn't work with. It was close to the Osu Kannon station entrances, but it was still a bit of a walk especially after a long day / when we had to carry a lot of things.

Convenient, quiet location, only about 6 minutes from Osu Kannon Station. Convenience stores a few minutes away on foot. Very clean, new, cute decor, bright. Check in was very easy. Good amount of space, liked the two separate bedrooms. Appreciated the washer, fridge, stove, hot water pot, hangers, trash cans. WiFi worked well. Guests can wait downstairs in the lobby until check in time. There is an elevator, as well as stairs. Good communication from property manager

Dryer took a very long time. No towel racks. There isn’t anywhere to really sit on the floor, as there is not enough space for sofa or sitting area other than the dining table. Beds may be a bit soft and squeaky for some people.
