Casa Andalucia

Confort, pulizia, posizione, residence curatissimo con piante esotiche, casa dotata di ogni facilitazione, garage comodissimo a disposizione; tutto ottimo. Siamo stati accolti da Federico che ci ha mostrato la casa e si è reso disponibile per ogni esigenza. Fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Fréderic who met us with the keys was super friendly and helpful. So nice to be provided with the basics (soap, bottle of water, washing up liquid etc.) as well. Apartment was lovely and clean and stayed really cool during the day even with the air conditioning off despite the extreme heat. It was always refreshingly cool to walk back into. Air conditioning excellent. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable and the pillows were great which is not always the case! Lovely rain shower in the bathroom and excellent shower pressure in the ensuite. Also loved that there were windows in both bathrooms to let out steam from showers. There's a really cute little side patio with chairs and a sofa that is so pleasant to sit in, as well as the main patio with the table and chairs. Great to have the parking space too. So convenient being right beside the pool and the whole complex was generally lovely and quiet - there were people in the other apartments but they were all respectful of others. Pool was never crowded when we went and was very nice to swim in.

There was nothing we really didn't like. The bunk beds are pretty small and a bit creaky so might not suit older kids (our 9 year old was fine size wise but found the creaking a bit off-putting so didn't want to sleep in the top bunk). But tightening the screws would probably mostly fix the noise and the beds were comfortable, and the third bed in the room was really great and surprisingly comfortable. Some of the loungers at the pool were broken and there were not very many to begin with so it would be nice to have more but that is a general complex issue and nothing to do with the owner, and it didn't spoil our enjoyment of the lovely pool. It might also be nice to have a few more plates and glasses (there were only 4 small plates for example) as we found ourselves having to wash and reuse them frequently (e.g. after breakfast/light lunches when there weren't enough dirty dishes to warrant putting on the dishwasher). Would have been nice if the TV had had Netflix installed or supported casting as the children's TV channels are limited but that is not a major issue. The streets around are quite narrow and parking is a bit crazy so so we found it a bit stressful sometimes driving to and from the apartment or trying to find on-street parking if we were going out again quickly and didn't want to bother parking in the garage. But having the parking space was fantastic and meant we didn't have to rely on finding a space on the street, which is sometimes very difficult in the evenings or at the weekend. Overall it was a great apartment! Would happily stay there again.

Freddy was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious apartment with parking space, washing machine, dishwasher… it was perfect for us. It’s better to have a car travel to the supermarkets and the beaches.

We’ve been told by the neighbour that the swimming pool is not open until May as nobody is clean the pool water. There are some dead bugs and lizard inside the pool. But kids didn’t care! They enjoyed the pool.
