We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious apartment. The location is great, as the city center is within walking distance. Queenstown is simply beautiful and the apartment is a perfect base for exploring the area and going on excursions.
The apartment was very well equipped, modern and cozy. Having a laundromat right next door was also extremely convenient. Overall, we felt very comfortable during our stay and would definitely recommend it.
Unfortunately, the apartment never really got warm despite the small heater, so it stayed quite cold during our stay. Additionally, disposing of the trash was a bit difficult because the garbage bins were already full. Overall, these are only minor points in an otherwise very nice stay.

It was really clean, lovely comfortable bed, great having a park right outside, good size kitchen and living area and an excellent location, central but very quiet too! Supermarket close which was great!
The bathroom was just too small, no room to put down any toiletries and cosmetics - hand basin very small!
No instructions to work convection oven and induction - not everyone is used to those.
Did not like bedside tables with luggage rack combined! No mirror in bedroom - women like a full size mirror in bedroom and always handy to have a mirror to get ready and do makeup if partner using bathroom! Loose concrete tile on steps down to unit - could be dangerous if tripped!

Location was ok until multiple cars through our stay blocked our car while using the 24hr laundromat next door.
Kitchen was great with all the mod cons
Arrived 10 mins after check in time and the room had not been serviced from the last guests . Reading from other guest reviews this has happened before . Had to wait another hour for the room to get ready; pretty average when you’re paying $400 a night and checkin was confirmed for 3pm .
There was thick dust under the bed and night stand. The bathroom would suit a hobbit it was tiny with a miniature sink !
