KARAT Villa Fernanda

Вилата е разположена на много добра локация.Доста е просторна и чиста.

Не ми хареса това,че има леко разминаване със снимките и реалността,като изключим стръмните стълби,на втория етаж едната спалня нямаше врата,което е доста обезпокояващо.Другия проблем е малкия бойлер и наличието на топла вода,3 бани-един бойлер,8 човека влизахме по график,а да не казвам,че за последния дори нямаше вода..Другото много неприятно беше,че басейна ни успяха да му оправят водната помоа и да кмаме топла вода последния ден,но да кажем,че това е единичен случей

For us, the location was ideal. It allowed us to explore the northern part of the island efficiently. The house very large so the children had plenty of space to play. The available space is very large (outside also). A huge plus! 4 adults + 4 children satisfied. Quiet neighbourhood. The heated pool - awesome! Contact with the company excellent. We didn't meet the owners, but we got a small gift from them - fresh oranges and mandarins :D Not cheap, but definitely worth the price!

Good location, but many attractions require access by car. House excellent and well maintained. However, a few things need attention. Minor repairs are needed (bedroom door not closing, oven breaking down, microwave not working, pool table broken etc). Heating at this time is necessary (the northern part of the island is cold). Unfortunately it switched off at certain times and the temperature in the house was not ideal. The internet on the first floor was catching poorly and we were unable to connect to the second router.

The villa was super cool. On arrival we met with the agent of the property who gave us a guided tour. The place was spacious and there was essentially a separate living quarters on the first floor. The pool was big! It was nice in there and as it was enclosed the temperature of the pool area was warm. The location of the villa was great, very close to the motorway which meant we could get either north or south very quickly and easily.

There were 7 of us staying there, sometimes the hot water would run out for the last one or two of us. Not a big deal but I’m struggling to think of anything negative to say. Perhaps there could have been some coffee pods included as it is a premium property.

Absolutely beautiful, charming home from the exterior with a nice outdoor space -- our family loved the fantastic covered pool and lawn area. The living and dining spaces are also quite inviting (aside from sticky plastic covering on the dining room table, which was pretty gross).

Unfortunately, the heater was not properly functioning while we were there, so it was chilly and damp in the home (March). The clothes dryer was also non-functional and we didn't get any resolution for either issue (and our clothes took over two days to air dry). I would also be aware that the area where the house is is, unfortunately, not walkable so you do need to be in a car at any point to leave even though there are several things nearby. Lastly, the deposit situation is absurd - they took 500 Euros from my credit card (not an authorzation, but an irreversibly charge), and then took nearly two weeks to wire money back to a US bank account and didn't pay for the transaction fees. Really need to fix the deposit logistics.
