Beautiful villa, great facilities, pool was large and clean, sun lounges and chairs and tables were great outside. Downstairs cellar with brand new pool table. Secure parking. Comfy beds, everything we needed in the kitchen. Air con everywhere. Good towels.

Code to enter the villa wasn't sent before I arrived, so I had to ring them to get the code. Alarm went off when we entered, it was turned off after another phone call. Electric fob to open the parking gate was a little broken and took a while to open the gate. Showers were very blocked and full of hair, had to mop the floor many times. Strange random noise in the middle of the night - maybe the water tank, but did wake us up randomly. Washing machine needs a clean. No extra toilet roll provided.

Вилата е разположена на много добра локация.Доста е просторна и чиста.

Не ми хареса това,че има леко разминаване със снимките и реалността,като изключим стръмните стълби,на втория етаж едната спалня нямаше врата,което е доста обезпокояващо.Другия проблем е малкия бойлер и наличието на топла вода,3 бани-един бойлер,8 човека влизахме по график,а да не казвам,че за последния дори нямаше вода..Другото много неприятно беше,че басейна ни успяха да му оправят водната помоа и да кмаме топла вода последния ден,но да кажем,че това е единичен случей

Absolutely beautiful, charming home from the exterior with a nice outdoor space -- our family loved the fantastic covered pool and lawn area. The living and dining spaces are also quite inviting (aside from sticky plastic covering on the dining room table, which was pretty gross).

Unfortunately, the heater was not properly functioning while we were there, so it was chilly and damp in the home (March). The clothes dryer was also non-functional and we didn't get any resolution for either issue (and our clothes took over two days to air dry). I would also be aware that the area where the house is is, unfortunately, not walkable so you do need to be in a car at any point to leave even though there are several things nearby. Lastly, the deposit situation is absurd - they took 500 Euros from my credit card (not an authorzation, but an irreversibly charge), and then took nearly two weeks to wire money back to a US bank account and didn't pay for the transaction fees. Really need to fix the deposit logistics.
