Квартира теплая, уютная, просторная. Есть шкаф с интересными книгами. Несмотря на оживленный район ночью тихо. Располагается в пешей доступности к вокзалу, рынкам, банкам, магазинам.
Точное расположение на карте и адрес не избавили нас от поисков дома (дворы не сквозные, гугл карты ведут неправильно). На подъезде отсутствует номер. Было бы хорошо давать подробную инструкцию (возле какого дома заворачивать, на что ориентироваться итп.) Ночью было жарко спать под теплым одеялом, а тонкого не было.

The property is fully equipped with everything necessary even for a long-term stay. Full kitchen utensils, room had a comforter bed, bedding, closet and the make-up mirror.
The only point that can be seen as a disadvantage (only if you have big luggage) it’s located on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, which is very normal for Tbilisi (old buildings), but could be a surprise for tourists from outside and those who didn’t read the description from the owner.

Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Entspricht der Beschreibung.
Im fensterlosen Bad fehlen für die Frischluftzufuhr die Lüftungsschlitze in der Tür. Dadurch herrscht bei eingeschaltetem Lüfter und geschlossener Tür ein Unterdruck, der unangenehmen Geruch aus den Abflüssen anzieht. Das als Laken verwendete Betttuch war zu kurz zum Fixieren und verrutschte dadurch immer.
