Location was good, very nice owners. For the most part well equipped, had coffee for entire stay too with a good machine. Had sufficient cookware to prepare meals and an umbrella for beach. A/C worked great in room. Had an iron available and a few basic spices too to use and cooking oil.
Certain things did not work, first day our fridge wasn’t running right it did cause our food to perish a little sooner than it should have. With a swift few whacks they got the compressor to kick back on. Parking stall at cap is super tight and small but not owners fault. Other things like the back door lock on lanai wasn’t working, had to buy a screw driver to fix it so it could lock while away, the led strip lighting remote was also not working, I replaced the battery in it so it could work, the shower plumbing is slow also. Would be nice to somehow install more counter space not sure how room is very small like all rooms at cap.

It's expensive, but so is any room within the naturist area.
