Apartament to całe piętro w domu jednorodzinnym z osobnym wejściem od zewnątrz. W środku jest dostępny aneks kuchenny oraz przestronna łazienka. Salon jest na tyle odseparowany od reszty że spokojnie może pełnić funkcję sypialni. Ponadto z kuchni jest piękny widok na góry.
Przy dłuższych pobytach może dokuczać brak pralki.
