A fost bine , balconul foarte mare , aer condiționat dar doar în living . Spațios . Parcarea privată
În bucătărie s-ar putea face mici improvizații sertarele nu erau foarte curate , multe condimente deschise dar în rest bine

Condițiile sunt bune, iar preluarea cheilor a decurs foarte bine. Apartamentul se află la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de metrou și de alte mijloace de transport. Este bine utilat, având tot ce este necesar, iar la aproximativ 5 minute se găsește și un magazin Lidl.
