A perfect apartment

This apartment is perfect! With a nice balcony and in the Center of Breda! We loved! It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable! We should spent more time at this location one day was not enough! We definitely recommend this! Much better than a hotel

Absolutly loved the appartment

This appartment has everything you need and is perfectly located for visiting the beautiful city of Breda. The appartment is indead stylish and has a lot to offer. From a huge flatscreen to a well equiped kitchen ( including dishwasher ). The bed, the bathroom, the airco etc are all of high quality. Not to forget the appartment has a nice rooftop terrace. The host is very friendly and quick to respond. He knows the best places in breda and should start his own tour agency ;-). I absolutely recommend this place!

Fabulous location. Very easy access to the apartment. The studio was very clean, fresh and perfectly equipped. The owner is a wonderful man. I will definitely come back here more than once. I highly recommend to everyone!

Smoky, dusty apartment in a great location.

Great location, stylish, easy checkin

The place is listed as a non-smoking apartment, but it was immediately obvious that guests have been smoking. Everything was infused with the smell of cigarettes - the furniture, the bedding - it was awful. I slept with the french door to the terrace open (even though it was about 5 degrees outside) but it still reeked of tobacco in the morning. I told the owner upon checkin, and the best he could offer was to come by the next day (my checkout day) with some incense or something. Also, the surfaces were covered in a fine dust or ash - the cleaner is not making much of an effort.

Great location in a lovely town.

Lovely rooms. Well equipped in a remarkable location. Some rooms have the bonus of a quiet balcony. Kitchenette was well stocked with cooking utensils. TV was larger than mine at home.

We hebben bijna de hele nacht niet geslapen omdat de persoon boven ons op en neer bleef lopen En buiten de mensen met uitgaan De bedden waren goed

Het is een perfecte locatie. Met een goed bed en een slaapbank die ook perfect sliep. Wij hadden studio 1 en deze was ook ruim opgezet alles zat erbij

Una bellissima casa in pieno centro (ma silenziosa)

La posizione è fantastica. Sta a 1 minuto dalla via dei locali e il canale e il corso principale di Breda. Ma allo stesso tempo non si sente alcun rumore. Poi in se l'appartamento è molto carino, comodo con una bella doccia grande. La cucina dispone di tutto il necessario. Il supermercato è vicinissimo. A noi è piaciuto tantissimo. E il host è molto disponibile. Grazie di tutto!

Prima!

De studio was compleet! Fijne badkamer met douche en toilet. Keuken, waaraan niets ontbrak. Airco in de studio. Een grote televisie aanwezig (tot genoegen van mijn partner).

Trap naar studio 3 op 2e verdieping is best wel steil en niet al te breed. We hadden geen terrasje, maar mochten het zitje op het dakterras eventueel gebruiken.

Comfortabel appartement.

Het is een mooi afgewerkt appartement, met oog voor detail. Balkon was fijn, badkamer mooi, complete keuken handig.

Het appartement was op de 2e verdieping, dus 2 trappen op. Vooral de wenteltrap vonden wij akelig, met hoge opstap tussen de treden.

Heerlijk appartement midden in het centrum

Leuk appartement midden in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Het was schoon, goede bedden en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Contact met de instructies om binnen te komen ging prima.

Alle gemakken voorzien op goede locatie, maar niet schoon en ook wat mankementen

De locatie, dicht bij het centrum, was super! De ruimte was goed qua grootte, alles wat je nodig hebt was er, de keuken was goed gevuld met attributen voor koken. Mooie badkamer en genoeg opbergruimte voor kleding ed. Goede verduistering, dus lekker donker slapen.

De badkamer rook erg naar riool waardoor het niet fijn was om met de deur dicht in die ruimte te zijn. Het bed was erg zacht en lichtelijk doorgezakt richting het midden, waardoor we beiden constant naar het midden rolden. De ruimte was niet echt schoon, vreemde vlekken op de deuren en vieze vloer + veel spinnenwebben. Ook was een aantal stuks van het servies in de kastjes niet schoon en de messen in het messenblok zaten nog onder aangekoekte etensresten. De tafel was zeer onstabiel, je kan er niet op leunen met het eten of iets zwaars opzetten, dan valt het hele tafelblad naar 1 kant. Verder komt er weinig water uit de regendouche, maar de kleinere douchekop is wel fijn. Vrijdagavond was het erg luidruchtig op straat de hele nacht, kan de host niets aan doen, maar doordat de ruimte aan de straatkant ligt kan je daar wel last van hebben snachts. Wellicht is dat aan de achterkant beter.

perfect verblijf , we komen zeker terug als we naar Breda gaan.

De locatie is uitstekend en gemakkelijk bereikbaar . Parking ( niet duur ) en Albert Heijn op 3 minuten , centrum van de binnenstand op 5 minuten . Aangenaam appartement , goed ingericht , met terras et super douche . Leuke omgeving , vlak bij de oude haven . Voor herhaling vatbaar .

De kamer was ruim, mooi uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Verder was het schoon en ook de code om naar binnen te komen werkte prima!

Ik heb nergens gelezen dat het (ten minste) één stijle trap omhoog was naar de studio, maar dat mag je geen tegenvaller noemen. Het is eerder een tip om het misschien te benoemen voor mensen die (wat slechter) ter been zijn of wat meer op leeftijd.
