The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath, walk-in closet and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers a Queen bed and TV w/ walk-in closet. The living area also offers a sleeper sofa and another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit. All TV's are Smart TV's and cable as well.
The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!
You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

This condo is in a great location. You can easily walk to restaurants,, grocery store, Etc. The complex itself is meticulously maintained. The pools are beautiful and have grills and tables for poolside meals.
The unit was immaculate. Everything was in working order. It’s very quiet and comfy! There is an assigned covered parking spot. The property manager was great! We definitely give it two thumbs up and would stay here again.

The stay here was great. I needed a few days to relax and soak up some sun. The unit was clean and there were no issues during my stay.
I can’t say enough good things about Wes the local agent. He was super to deal with and the check in/ check out process was seamless. He also helped when I wanted to extend my stay by 1 day..

Excellent location. Good restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Condo is only a few miles From the McDowell Mountains Preserve and in good location to getting around Scottsdale. Condo was clean, comfy and well-appointed with amenities. Beds were nice. Bathrooms could use a little bit of a refresh, but overall good shape. Wes was very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Would highly recommend property.
