Chalet in Hainzenberg near Ski Slopes

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und erreichbar. Als wir ankamen war nicht so viel Toilettenpapier vorhanden, aber sie haben uns gleich welches gebracht. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: wenig Steckdosen in den Schlafzimmern zum Laden von Handy etc.

Spatious, nice dining-social room. Proximity to Penken and Zillertal ski area. Nearly each room has its own small bathroom. It is very clean which is real advantage of this accomodation and contrasting with very weared off furniture.

Wifi did not work. It was cold inside the house as heating was limited to lukewarm temperature and being insufficient to comfortably dry wet clothes. It was cold during the night. Nearby road down in the valley is noisy when you are on the balcony. The owner does not provide towels, there is no soap and owner does not give sufficient number of toilet paper rolls to have even at least one for each tlbathroom which was embarassing. Bring your own! Beds are not comfortable, blankets short, pillow not comfortable. furniture and equipment is very outdated with several exceptions. Communication with accomodation before arrival was not good as they never replied through booking com web page. There were different requirements for payment than indicated on booking com webpage. I received repeated unpolite urgence to pay well before the term advertised by booking com as free cancelation deadline. This required payment through some external server was split into two payments which looked unreliable and suspicious, however fortunately everything was processed at the end correctly ( but before booking com deadline).
