التشيك ان فمبنى C كان سلس وسريع. الشقه فمبنى B من المدخل الرئيسي تروح يسار، باركن 30 يدخلك على الشقه على طول من باب البلكونه. البلكونه فيها رفعه بسيطه عن مستوى الارض يعني مش بمستوى الارض بالضبط مع ذلك كان عندي عربانتين اطفال كانن يدخلن ويطلعن بسهوله. ما استخدمنا باب الشقه ابدا كله ندخل ونطلع من البلكونه. فيه طلبات و يوصلون لين استقبال المبنى. حتى لو ظهر البلكونه فيها ظل. غرفه ماستر و غرفه نفرين و غرفه مساعده كلهن مع حمامات وانتوا بكرامه. المطبخ فيه كل ادوات الطبخ والقلي حتى فيه دلال شاي و قهوه ( ف وقت زيارتي ). فيه صحون و اكواب بس مافيه فناجين. كان حتى فيه صابون صحون و ليفه بس نحن استخدمنا اغراضنا. جربوا كرك طبقات من كافتيريا شاي حبق بس لا تطلبونه ف كوب ورق طلبوه ف كوب زجاج بس ترجعونه للمحل. جربوا شاي عراقي من جمره شاي، الكوب الزجاج تاخذونه. جربوا كيما براتا من مطعم كاليكوت الجديد. جربوا مخبز اهل الدار للرقاق ( يسكر الظهر ) عنده انواع الرقاق لذيذه و صينيه بيتنا لذيذه و شاي كرك . Check-in at Building C was smooth and quick The apartment is in Building B. From the main entrance, you go left, and Parking 30 takes you directly to the apartment through the balcony door. The balcony is slightly raised above ground level—not exactly at ground level—but I had baby stroller and it could easily go in and out. We never used the main apartment door; we always entered and exited through the balcony. There are delivery services, and they deliver up to the building reception. Even at noon time the balcony has shade. The apartment has a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a maid’s room, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen has all the cooking and frying utensils. It even had traditional Arabic tea and coffee pots (at the time of my visit). There were plates and cups, but no small Arabic coffee cups. There was also dish soap and a sponge, but we used our own supplies. Don’t forget to try karak tea layers ( karak tea tabaqat ) from “ Shay Habaq cold and hot drinks”.

The layout and the localization is just great. It was modern, clean and cost. We loved it!

The fact that this is serviced by The Address (privately owned); the tv could be improved…. Barely working; the dinner at the restaurant was overpriced for the food quality served.

As we stayed in the hotel side previous week, I can totally say that staying in this residence is best in terms of price/performance. The beds were super comfortable, apt was clean. Eventhough we received a message from the host saying that there wont be any toilet paper, shower gel, etc, everything was there for a 1 night stay :)

We couldnt turn the AC off in 3rd room (maids room) because the panel was locked. I called reception for help, waited 30 mins but nobody came. One point to keep in mind: the apartment is in block B. If you want to be more closer to the pool & beach you can prefer block C and D. However it is not a problem, you can simply walk in 3-4 mins.

Called the switch board/ reception when we had an issue with the TV connectivity. No one turned up to help. We walked up to the reception and asked for help again. The receptionist said he will turn up in 5 minutes. But he never turned up. The food on the menu at the 24 hour service was unnecessarily expensive. The garbage collection point at the entrance was way too messy. Looked like a really badly maintained collection point.
