Disappointing response from the management team

It was a lovely property

The noise of heavy machinery from 8 am til 5pm from building work next door, being overlooked by 16 builders working on the roof next door and a disappointing response from the management to our complaints about noise and dust . It was impossible to relax, use the sun beds or pool during the day . We have videos to demonstrate this

Perfect place on Koh Yao Noi, I would book it anytime again!

The Villa Diva Star is an absolute 5-Star accommodation. It is super clean, comfortable, spacious, private and therefore the perfect place to recover and relax while visiting Koh Yao Noi.

There is no negative criticism about the property itself. It is only worth mentioning that there is no supermarket close by, you will need a scooter or similar to get some supplies for the house.

The host cooked for us each morning, way too much food, we had to slow her down a bit, very good quality though.

Great house and property manager

Great house and pool . Breakfast was made for us every morning . Very good . Egg , fruit , juice , and some Thai dishes. The property manager , Areeya, was fantastic . Met us on the beach / pier on arrival . She took care of everything. Very efficient and friendly. Just walking distance to good restaurant

Very nice stay (except for the drainage smell)

Spacious and clean. V nice view from the Master. V nice salt water pool and rest area. Breakfast (Thai or Western) Staff (Mhee the manager available on WhatsApp to promptly arrange everything and Ja who cooked breakfast and cleaned rooms) Well located near restaurants (favourite was the local Honey Chicken place along the beach - closes at 1700 and no alcohol though) Recommended a boat trip on a sunny day

Unpleasant smell in a few of the bedrooms (the Master was ok) - Drainage problem maybe but enough to put us off going back. Workers are present around the garden in close proximity so don’t get total privacy. Virtually no WiFi in the Master and one of the upstairs bedrooms. Highly recommend getting a 4G SIM plan at the airport in BKK. WiFi connections in the bedroom directly above the WiFi router in the lounge and the pool area are fine. No washing machine - laundry is 50 Bahts per kilo so ok but recommend hand washing items one doesn’t want to shrink

absolutely amazing and never to forget

it was an absolute amazing villa with a large and excellent pool including jacuzzi. all the rooms are beautiful decorated and spacious. there is a very large garden and several spots to relax. Besides the villa one of the best things is the freshly made breakfast. And a big shout out for Mhee, she takes care and can arrange of everything! From transfers, massage, cooking class, etc. thanks you so much Mhee🙏🏼

Perfect house in a great location

Beautiful property, great pool, felt private and secluded while still being a very short walk (2 mins) to beach and some restaurants. Staff extremely helpful, lovely breakfasts and always happy to arrange boats, massages etc.

Superb

Absolute great stay! Loved the setting of the villa and the pool is amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff were exceptional, from the ladies preparing our lovely breakfast in the morning to Mhee the property manager who arranged our boat trip and even ordered in some fresh fish for a bbq one evening.

There were some drain issues which unfortunately resulted in a terrible sewage smell in most of the rooms. The staff were however trying their best to resolve the issue.

Such a peaceful and beautiful Villa with friendly and attentative staff. Worth of the long travel.

Easy to contact and good directions and transfer arrange if needed. We enjoyed the great service and authentic Thai-dinners made by the Villa’s cook and relaxed of the daily massages by the pool. It was just Perfect for us!

We loved it all but noticed that there are cameras at the Villa but no sign or explanation of that. Since we rented a private Villa we expected it to be private and no to wonder if someone is watching all the time.

An enjoyable few days relaxing in a lovely villa with great staff to support our needs.

The staff were great from start to finish. Breakfast was made freshly each morning and nothing was too much trouble. We also hired a chef to cook for us a number of times in the evening - the food was amazing! The villa location is well positioned with amazing views of the bay and dramatic landscapes looking out to Krabi. Great experience all round made even better by our lovely villa manager who was so accommodating.

If taxi's are required, they need to be booked rather than being able to hail one immediately like in more popular resorts. We're not great at planning so ended up walking to local places. Villa could do with a selection of games, books or other entertainment as there is little to do in the evenings if you wish to stay home.

Just perfect!

This is a stunning luxury villa. We had a perfect family gathering for Christmas. The villa is extremely well appointed, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, all with en-suite. Great pool and outdoor lounging area. Quiet location with stunning views to the east, with just a short walk down to the beach. Several very good cafes and restaurants close by. Mhee, the manager was excellent - communication before we arrived was very thorough, arranging our transfer from the airport which was seamless, meals cooked at the villa for our first two days were first class, great excursions, top restaurant recommendations, and seamless transfer onwards. All the other staff were lovely and so helpful - house keeper, driver, and cooks.

Magnifique endroit !

Belle villa dans un magnifique cadre de verdure bien entretenue! Nous avons apprécié l’espace, la déco, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel et de Areeya qui a passé au minimum 1x / jour. Tout était facile (organisation des scooters, d’un massage à la villa pour 6 personnes au même temps ainsi pour l’organisation de l’excursion). La Villa est bien située à quelques pas de plusieurs très bons restaurants au bord de la plage. Nous avons demandé le 1er soir un dinner à la villa préparé par une cuisinière et ses aides qui a été délicieux. Climatisation hyper silencieuse.

Si vraiment faudrait critiquer quelque chose, ça serait le fait que sur 5 nuits nos chambres ont était faits qu’une seule fois. Ça nous a pas dérangé mais ça pourrait déranger certains gens car pour le prix de la chambre ce service devrait être inclu tous les jours.

Fantastique !

Tout était absolument parfait. Areeya la manager est adorable et très réactive. Nous avons pu tester l’excursion bateau organisée qui était exceptionnelle (les massages aussi, je recommande !!!) et la maison est simplement magnifique. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et j’aurai aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps!

Schönes sehr gepflegtes großes Haus mit Pool, 4 Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer Das beste jedoch ist die Betreuerin die sich um jeglichen Wunsch kümmert und den Aufenthalt noch um 200% aufwertet. Jeden Tag exzellentes Frühstück inklusive von der zum Haus gehörenden Köchin. Wir wurden noch nie so liebevoll betreut wie hier und werden sicher wieder kommen!
