The location is clean, the host is easy to reach and responds quickly; he also pays a lot of attention to details.
Heating is done only via AC; it was not a problem since the place stays warm without the need for the AC to run all the time; however, for those that do not want to sleep with the AC on, it would be nice to have an alternative heating source (maybe an electric fireplace).

Comfortable, clean apartment in a good location. Vins, the host, was really helpful and friendly. The internet works well, too.

We loved our stay! Just entering the apartment we found complimentary wine, chocolate, fruits and candies. Such a nice surprise! The host warmed up the place before our arrival as well we had the hot water already heated. The kitchen is fully equipped from espresso mashine to all the cooking pans you can need. Really happy with this place, warm and cozy, gread location, absolutely worth its price.
No complaints at all!
