Helpful staff with a good service.. a special thanks to MR. Mahmoud who was very supportive.

It is not close to metro station, however, i didn't face a huge issue as i rented a car.

Clean and tastefully furnished

1. Excellent location, making accessibility to all parts of Dubai easy. 2. Taxis were always available in the area, so no waiting time. 3. Local amenity shops (grocers, supermarket, hair salon, takeaways etc) within walking distance. 4. Easy parking for visitors. 5. Helpful and polite building reception staff. 6. Lovely pool and gym facility, which were kept immaculate.

1. Safety concern with the cooker wires directly fitted into the socket (see photo). 2. Dirty balcony and furniture (see photo). 3. Damp areas in the apartment (see photos). 4. Wi-Fi had a limited range and really only worked properly in the lounge, so we had continuous loss of signal and couldn’t use our iPad, phone or laptop in the bedroom. 5. Shelf in the kitchen was broken (see photo). 6. The ironing board was broken (see photo). 7. The check in process was shambolic. We were given the wrong address initially. The gentleman didn’t attend to let us in despite confirming he would do so. We wasted a lot of time going to the wrong address trying to locate the property, which with all our luggage and absence of WiFi wasn’t easy, especially in the heat.
