Beautifully Remodeled, Oceanfront, 3rd-Floor Condo with Balcony & Shared Pools

Facilities were clean and well kept, security on the property was reassuring, home was clean and comfortable AMAZING BALCONY VIEW was the highlight

Home had a very strong musty/ mildew smell. Which is to be somewhat expected at the beach but it got worse throughout our stay and my husband said it was coming from the AC vents. Keypad for door seemed to be a great alternative to keys, but was proved finicky for kids to get in and out . Lastly just a note, I knew the property was on the 3rd floor ( thus the view) but had assumed there would be an elevator for ADA purposes. There is handicap parking but not accessible by wheelchair or accommodating for a walker or cane. My husband is disabled so the 3 flights of stairs were rough Maybe should mention no elevator is available. If I missed that in the listing I apologize

The unit was right on the beach. It’s a great location.

They would not allow for an earlier check in time and the maids were knocking on the door at 9:55 am when check out was 10am. For the amount of money, the times for check in and check out are a bit inconvenient.
