Sehr zentral gelegen , 3 Metrostationen in der Nähe, Restaurants, Bäcker , Einkaufsgeschäfte alles in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage im Hinterhof. Toll ausgestattetes Appartement!

Nice apartament well located and well furnished. A would say a bit expensive….
Unbelievable, but it was cold inside, you can’t control the heating and is set up by the owner and is very cold!! This is a very important desadvantage in cold months in Paris. So during these months I wouldn’t recommend it.

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Apartment ist hell und vernünftig eingerichtet. Neues Bad mit guter Dusche, aber leider keiner Duschablage und keiner Steckdose. Schöner, großer Küchentresen, an dem man gut frühstücken und den Tag planen kann. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Nespresso-Maschine, Teekocher, Spülmaschine, viel Geschirr. Gut auch, dass es ein Küchen-Set mit Geschirrspülmittel, Handtüchern, Spülmaschinen-Tabs und Spültuch gab. Nett auch die Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank...
Das separate WC ist sehr klein. Besonders gestört hat mich eine wirklich ekelhafte, offene WC-Bürste. Leider wurde sie nicht ausgetauscht, obwohl ich gleich am ersten Tag darum gebeten habe. Schade! Stauraum gibt es nur wenig. Der Schrank hat nur einen Ablageboden ganz oben. Wäsche, Socken und Co. blieben deshalb im Koffer...
