Everything was good. Clean and friendly staff, environment was fully village mode. Peaceful, good for family and friends group very big garden . River viwe so great full.
Little bit far to Anuradhapura town.

Nice and quiet place. The care taker was always available for any assistance. Food provided was good and even accommodated our requests after check in.
Wifi sucks. And it’s only available in the common dining area. We opted for a BBQ(paid) but it was not upto the mark. And lastly there was no option for card payment

Struttura molto comoda se si è un gruppo di amici in quanto dispone di diverse camere. Non abbiamo avuto molto modo di interagire con l’host ma non abbiamo avuto particolari esigenze. Le camere erano spaziose e la pulizia sufficiente.
Purtroppo non c’era il campo da beach volley che si vede nelle foto e non era segnalato bene nell’annuncio che due camere fossero comunicanti.

It’s a nice house with a beautiful big garden in a rural setting with mongooses, birds, peacocks, butterflies..etc. The 2 rooms on the upper deck had a staircase outside the house, which reminded me climbing a treehouse.
The care taker , Ajith was really nice and helpful.
The Sri Lankan breakfast was tasty.
The blankets and towels were too thin and could have been better. There was a strong chemical smell in the house when we entered. The hot water didn’t work in the morning and I felt the bathrooms needed an upgrade.
