The garden and the pool were amazing, it is 5 minutes walk from the beach, the house has all the amenities you need, there are even 2 lidls within 5 minutes drive (and some local supermarkets).

The mosquitoes outside. The house has those mosquito nets in all doors/windows (except 1 window in the upstairs bathroom), and even had anti mosquitoe spray, but they stung our daughter quite a bit.

Very nice house. Kitted out with everything you would need for a holiday. A home from home with more equipment than what you would normally expect. Garden was immaculate and impressive. We didn't have any issues whilst there. We used the stay for a 3-generation family break. Plenty of space in and out for children to play. Swimming pool was a reasonable size with depths from about 1m to 2m. BBQ was good. There were TV/WiFi/reading spots. Everything was clean. Good kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to roads. Very close to the beach. Some nice walks nearby. Owners were very friendly at check out and check in. Garage was useful for storing prams etc. Gated and felt safe. We would recommend and probably stay again.

There isn't really anything to dislike. We used taxis to get about which were always on hand. Maybe if the taxis were busy we would have regretted not hiring a car. You can walk to shops etc but they are not quite around the corner. It is a surburban beach area so you will need 4 wheels of some sort. That said, we didn't look into buses. But that isn't really related to the house itself. There was plenty of street parking and a driveway for one car. If I picked one bad thing about the property I would say I have sat on more comfortable sofas. The beds and sun loungers were comfortable though.

Es war ein wunderschöner und sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Das Haus ist nur 45-60 Autominuten vom Flughafen Barcelona entfernt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und war sehr sauber. Überall an den Fenstern und Türen sind Moskitonetze angebracht. Ein Schlafzimmer (1.OG) hat auch eine Klimaanlage. Die Eigentümer waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub, die Annahme und Rückgabe der Haus-Schlüssel waren sehr vertrauensvoll und unkompliziert. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Auch eine Mocca-Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle. Der Grill ist draußen an der Terrasse fest installiert. Ein großer Esstisch (draußen überdacht und drinnen) lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen ein. Der Garten ist schön groß, grün bepflanzt und gepflegt. Man kann sich mit 5 Personen und Kleinkind gut verteilen und findet auch genügend schattige Plätzchen. Der Pool war das Highlight. Wir waren jeden Tag drinnen und haben die Abkühlung sehr genossen. Er ist groß genug zum Schwimmen und an einer Seite tief genug zum Reinspringen. Jede Woche kommt jemand zum Poolreinigen und für die Gartenpflege. Die Pool-Umzäunung war sehr stabil und für uns mit Kleinkind ein Must-Have. Auch die Nähe zum Strand war toll. Zu Fuß war man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Es gab dort eine kleine Strandhütte für Snacks und Coffee. Für die Selbstversorgung gibt es viele Lebensmittel-Geschäfte in der Nähe, zB Lidl 1,6 km (aber Auto erforderlich). Tipp: lokales Lebensmittelgeschäft Casa Pairal in Roda de Berà, 2,4 km, mit fabelhaften lokalen Produkten. Wir können diese Unterkunft und ihre herzlichen Eigentümer von ganzen Herzen sehr empfehlen! Wer es etwas ruhiger mag, wird hier sehr gut entspannen können.
