Good location, old building and noisy area. Staff smoke on corridors and often loud after mid night. Overall could be better.
Very bad experience with Merna from guest relationship.

Overall the stay was okay. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was not noisy, so it was easy to rest. The staff was also friendly.
However, we had a few issues in the room – the balcony door couldn’t be closed (although reception fixed it after we called), we received only one towel even though there were two of us, one elevator was not working, there was no hair dryer in the room, the curtain was torn, and there was a smell of smoke.
