Villa near Ibiza Town Sleeps 10

The property was spacious, both the main building and the annex. Rooms were clean, access to a washing machine was a good addition. Plenty of refrigeration for a big party of guests. Lots of outdoor space. The pool was excellent, good size and a great deep end. Plenty of outdoor seating. The barbecue area was excellent. Easy access to other areas of the island via taxis. All rooms air conditioned. Outdoor space lit well around deep steps. Great security. Later check out accommodate for a cost but this was an acceptable charge. Local delivery was fantastic from the local hyper market. Our host Vicky was great, we checked in a little earlier and we were accommodated. Anything we needed Vicky was quick and efficient with information.

The seating area outside the main property is tired and an update of furniture would be a great addition. A good addition to this area would be a fly zapper, lots of flies around here/bugs and it was the main seating area for us as guests. Additional charges were applied, insurance cost, cleaning costs which wasn’t broken down on the initial booking. A rail down the pool steps would be a good addition as the pool steps are steep.
