The location is very ideal. The facilities are good, clean and ideal if you need to spend a week plus there.

The property is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for getting around London. It is also situated in a good neighbourhood. Overall, the location was the main highlight of my stay.

There were a few issues that affected my overall experience, and I would like to share them as constructive feedback. 1. Noise and insulation: The property is poorly insulated against external noise. Given its proximity to the train station and the main street, noise from people walking outside and passing cars could be heard clearly inside the room, even with the windows closed. This was particularly disturbing at night when trying to sleep. 2. Cleanliness: This was my main concern. The property requires a thorough deep clean, including the furniture, floors, and bathroom. While some surfaces appeared to have been cleaned, the overall level of cleanliness was not satisfactory. The property did not give me sufficient confidence that the areas and items guests are expected to use regularly had been properly cleaned. 3. Pillows and bedding: The pillows were of poor quality and need to be replaced with better, more comfortable, and hygienic alternatives. 4. Security of the main entrance: The main entrance door did not give me sufficient confidence in its security. It has only one basic lock, and as the entrance opens directly onto the main street, I did not feel that the property was adequately secured against unauthorised entry. This was particularly concerning at night. I strongly recommend installing additional, more secure locking mechanisms to provide guests with greater peace of mind. 5. No safe for valuables: There is no safe in the property to securely store important belongings such as passports, cash, and other valuables. For guests travelling from overseas, this is an important consideration. Combined with the concerns about the main entrance door, the absence of a safe made me feel less comfortable about the security of my belongings. 6. Communication with management: I contacted the management twice to request a late checkout of an additional hour or two beyond the 10 a.m. checkout time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to either request.
