Everything required was there , felt very private and secure

Lovely private space, host was lovely also.

Friendly host, happy to accommodate an earlier check in to drop of items and no pressure to have rushed during check out Better than a hotel stay for our needs due to access to cooking facilities You can see this was original done with a modern feel in mind. Good to have washing up liquid, liquid hand soap. Good location Felt safe in the area Free Parking on street Close to local shops, amenities and found some lovely restaurants during stay. Good public transport

Although free parking on street it was difficult to get a space. Watch out for parking restrictions. Once you have a space best to leave car there and use public transport. It was not clear in booking this was a basement, so narrow door into property and steps slippery when wet. The drains smelt, which was literally outside the door. The smell came up through the sink and toilet- not helped by absence of U bend/water trap Damp/musky smell under sink. Better attention to detail with cleaning as hairs and filthy shower trap which smelt. Would benefit from topping up tea, coffee, sugar facilities or remove if not supplying as it takes up space . No clean washing up cloth available- the one under the sink was wet and mouldy. Power cut due to pack of credit on meter which meant one morning we had to get ready in the dark! Bed very very firm and uncomfortable

Facility was not clean. The towel radiator was very dusty and there were bits of dirt (including hair) lying about, possibly from previous occupants.
