Absolute privacy, quiet, great new sauna outside the house, dishwasher, washing machine (essential for longer stays), access to the coast, Kokkola etc.

Previous guests could care a little more about the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment. At least one spare closet for things would be nice. But that's really not essential. 🙂
