Très bon emplacement pour visiter Cognac. Propriétaire très agréables. Appartement simple fonctionnel et propre. Juste un bémol, le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Mais je le recommande chaudement.

Het was netjes, schoon en ruim. Comfortabel bed, goede douche. Al met al een prima accommodatie.

L’emplacement proche de l’espace la Salamandre est très pratique quand on est exposant.
Le côté très pingre est à noter : pas de savon ou gel douche, 2 malheureuses dosettes de café, le fait de devoir aller jeter ses poubelles alors que le ménage est fait après notre départ, du chauffage qui est coupé au niveau du compteur pour le radiateur du salon/cuisine et des voisins dans les étages qui font la fête jusque tard dans la nuit.
