On-Site Skiing: Truckee Studio w/ Balcony

This property was easy to locate & easy access with the codes that were emailed to us. Since it is off season the entire property was quiet & we felt safe. The condo is clean & nice. The blankets on the bed were very comfy & cozy. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and a hotplate to cook on.

The building itself lacks cleanliness & maintenance. I do not know how often the halls get vacuumed but it has been awhile. Some person spilled food in the elevator & after being gone all day it was still there so my husband picked it up. We looked for a broom with no luck. There should be a maintenance number to call. This property is further out of town than we were expecting but it is an easy drive.

Great location and apartment, we stayed here as a base prior to running Western States Endurance Run. Its location was great and transportation to the Olympic village by car was quick and simple

Not a dislike as we understand the kitchen is compact, but could have done with a slightly better layout for the cooking facilities.

Beautiful location. I booked this condo for me and my son for his Truckee sports tournament. We lucked out. Although a studio, very spacious. My son was comfortable on the pull out coach sleeper and the actual bed was perfect. Not too firm and not too soft. Tasteful decor, and lots of amenities in the room (although we were mostly at the field and couldn’t enjoy). Cute balcony to sit out on and enjoy coffee or meal. Easy parking. Keyless entry option with code provided. Not too far from town/stores. Close to trails and good hills to run/bike. Directions for check in and out were very straightforward and easy to follow. Perfect for out stay and didn’t break the bank. I hope to book this same studio for any future Truckee visits. I imagine it is even more beautiful in the winter. I have traveled near and far, and this was one of my best experiences using a booking site and staying in a short term rental.

Beautiful studio, only thing needing slight improvement = new curtains panels that are blackout. I woke up in the mornings before I needed to because of the light. Otherwise, absolutely amazing.
