We loved staying at Country Retreats on Ranzau while exploring the Nelson and Abel Tasman area. The house is perfectly set up with three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with laundry, and an open kitchen/dining/living space in the middle. Everything was new and worked well! We didn't make use of the pool, but it would be great in the summertime.
This didn't bother us, but it's not the most private place to stay, as several houses are set up right next to each other. The location isn't very walkable either, but by car it's super accessible.

The hosts have thought of everything possible, awesome to turn up to a clean warm room. The room had everything we needed . Nice quiet location, loved the refreshments / chocolates and free range eggs on arrival.

We enjoyed the swimming pool. The water was warm. The bed was comfortable.
The shower was blocked with hair so it filled up with water. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom and was so hot. You'd think for $600 a night they'd spring for a Netflix subscription or even some coffee to go with the plunger. Very average.
