Mooi appartement, rustig en centraal gelegen

We vonden de locatie erg fijn. Voor ons centraal en alles wat wij nodig hadden in de buurt. De ruimte was groot en ruim. De keuken had alles wat je nodig had en het appartment was netjes en schoon! We hebben nog even genoten van het uitzicht op het balkon en dat is prachtig! Het is ons heel goed bevallen en zouden deze deze locatie zeker aanraden!

Voor lange mensen is het uitkijken zodat jij je hoofd niet stoot. Mocht je van een stevig kussen houden neem deze dan mee.

Huoneisto oli hienossa kunnossa. Kaikki tarpeelliset taloustavarat ruoanlaittoon löytyivät. Näköala parvekkelta myös hieno vaikka asunto olikin taajamassa. Parkkipaikka löytyi helposti kadulta talon edestä ja oli maksuton.

Im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlen.

Es hat den Bildern und dem Angebot voll entsprochen. Die Ausstattung war top, das Apartment sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Meter von Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze waren zu jeder Zeit vorhanden und der Vermieter war sehr zuverlässig und zügig mit dem Antworten bei Fragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Definitiv ein Wohlfühlort, der zum Wiederkommen animiert!!

Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster bzw. dem großen Südbalkon auf die Berge ringsherum ist einfach unbezahlbar! Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Bett und auch das Schlafsofa sind bequem. Der Weg zum nächsten Bäcker (sehr gut!) und auch zum Supermarkt ist kurz. Und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof gut zu bewältigen und man kann auch direkt größere schöne Spaziergänge an der Iller entlang unternehmen (dauert circa 20 Minuten bis man am Fluß angekommen ist). Der Weg ins Stadtzentrum ist mit 10 Minuten auch sehr angenehm. Das großzügige, helle und blitzsaubere Bad ist ein Traum. Die separate, zusätzliche Toilette ein Bonus! Parkplätze hätte es sicher auch gegeben aber wir sind mit der Bahn angereist.

Die Küche/gößere Kochecke (offen zum Wohn/Eßbereich) ist der einzige nicht perfekte Ort, da schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ohne Fenster aber sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Geräte sind nicht in die Jahre gekommen und die Weingläser z.B. auch für anspruchsvollere Gemüter geeignet. Die volle Südseite im Dachgeschoß ist im Sommer möglicherweise sehr warm aber ich konnte eine Markise entdecken und auch die Vorhänge scheinen geeignet zu sein um zuviel direkte Wärmeeinstrahlung zu verhindern, falls nötig.
