Great apartment, poor communication
The apartment is amazing, very well planned, everything is clean, brand new and fully equipped. The key receive and return process is a bit tiring, having to retrieve it and return it in a different location. Still, I would have rated 10 if not for poor communication. I completed my booking about 1.5 weeks prior to arrival and completed the external booking form immediately after, however, despite sending multiple messages to inquire about the check-in process (late check in) and parking, both on booking.com and on WhatsApp I received no response to my questions until the day prior to check-in. Calls were also not answered. That added unnecessary stress that could have easily been avoided. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.

Gestione: DOPO AVER PAGATO L'INTERO IMPORTO, è arrivata una comunicazione con l'obbligo di firmare una specie di contratto con condizioni vessatorie e senza alcuna facoltà di obiettare, salvo la non consegna delle chiavi. Asssolutamente illegale e inaccettabile, ma ormai eravamo praticamente in viaggio..... Inoltre ci è stato imposto di versare una caparra di 500 euro che non sarebbe stata introitata, ma solo bloccata e restituita entro 7 giorni. Niente di più falso: la caparra è stata INCASSATA dall'Host e ci sono voluti 12 giorni e la minaccia di rivolgersi ai Carabinieri per farci rimborsare il dovuto. Nel frattempo nessuno dell'Host si è mai fatto vedere e solo in rari casi hanno risposto al telefono. Ancora: per indicarci il luogo dove arrivavre, ci hanno inviato le coordinate su maps. Ci hanno spedito su un sentiero impervio e distante diversi Km, dove ovviamente non c'era nessuno. (errore? certo, ma aggiunto al resto.....) Parliamo dell'alloggio: - la camera era di dimensioni ridottissime (niente comodini e 30 cm di spazio laterale per scendere dal letto); letto scomodo - la dotazione della cucina era insufficiente: niente di alimentare (sale, zuccchero, olio, ecc.), niente tovaglie o tovaglioli, macchinetta del caffè guasta e niente capsule (siamo dovuti andare a comprarle....). Per amore di verità, ci hanno offerto una colazione presso un bar locale, ovviamente senza mai farsi vedere. Contatti solo tramite whatsapp.....
