Seaside getaway

Location was good, but right on the train tracks which I didn’t know when booking.

From the lengthy check in to the check out the host was very unhelpful. I asked 3 times if we could check in early to which she only replied when we needed to be in the room for a work call on WiFi. The documentation she asked for was more than I have ever had to do in any country. She was very vague about parking which made our unloading very difficult. I knew there was very little free parking but even to just unload for the apartment was very difficult. The kitchen had 4 forks 1 table knife and 2 spoons yet we were a family of 5 staying there. There were no extras of any sort! The shower door was missing and in the place was a moldy shower curtain. The WiFi only really worked in 2 of the rooms. Unfortunately our time at the seaside was not as good as I had hoped for me family.

Nice Stay in Camogli

Perfect location in the centre of Camogli just one street behind the seafront. Bright & spacious apartment with some good amenities. The living room is as pictured as is all of the apartment and is a great space.

Found the check in process overly complicated with having to send and complete forms & pictures of passport's prior to check in,then we had to go to a hotel to show our passports anyway to be allowed the keys on the day of arrival so unsure the reason for requiring this info beforehand when there is a key safe a couple of steps from the property . Beds weren't the comfiest in the second bedroom the mattress were tiny and didn't fully fit the single bed frames. No iron or ironing board, we did message and advised there was an iron but never found it. No maid/cleaning services all week, had to wash towels as only given 1 hand and body towel per person to last all week. You have to dispose of all your bottles/waste during your stay and on check out you are expected to empty all your rubbish before hand otherwise you will be charged an additional fee. Feel if the mattresses were updated and perhaps one visit from a cleaning service per week to change bedding/towels and take away rubbish I would have definitely given a higher score. I would still recommend this apartment however wanted to leave some solid feedback so that future guests have a more enjoyable stay.

Torneremo presto!

L’appartamento é spazioso, con una bellissima vista mare. La location è stupenda: a pochi passi dal lungomare, dalla spiaggia, dai ristoranti. Lo staff è molto disponibile e pronto ad accogliere le particolari richieste. Quando siamo a Camogli, cerchiamo sempre di alloggiare in questa struttura.

Fantastico preludio d'estate!

Ho soggiornato con mia famiglia cinque giorni di febbraio. La casa ha una location stupenda: a pochi metri dal mare e da tutta la panoramica via principale piena di locali e ristoranti. Ma si trova anche a pochi passi dal super, dalla stazione dei treni (siamo arrivati in treno) e dalle due farmacie oltre ai diversi negozi e bar. Basta fare poche scalinate e ci si trova al mare. La casa è molto spaziosa, arredata bene con cose funzionali e pratiche. Ci sono due bagni e una spaziosa cucina. I gestori dell'appartamento molto attenti e premurosi nell'accogliere le richieste (ho chiesto un early check in e un late check out) e rispondere alle domande. Sicuramente torneremo!

Schöne und grosszügige Wohnung an perfekter Lage. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen (waren 6 Personen und die Wohnung war dafür genügend gross)

- Kommunikation mit Vermietern war leider nicht genügend. Man bekam nicht innert kurzem Zeitraum eine Antwort. - Wir waren im Oktober in der Wohnung. Die Betten sind nur mit einem einfachen Lacken bezogen. Wenn es in der Nacht kühler wird, reichen die Lacken nicht aus.
