Cleanliness and it was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The owners were very nice
Needs a grab bar in the tub and there was hardly any room to get on the bed. Have to pass through a construction site to get to the unit

Location was close to family. One of the best locations in Sellwood. Close to a transit station. Less than a mile from shopping and restaurants. The owners are exceptionally cordial and helpful. Appliances were all first rate. Washer and dryer were available just outside of the door to our unit. Bathroom was well designed with modern touches.
This rental was located in the basement. There was a large window to allow ventilation but it was below ground level and let in considerable light during the night. The queen size bed was located in a space less than a foot wider than the bed. Making the bed was a challenge.

This is my second stay at Hidden Zen. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The small kitchen has everything you need and I love the garden view from the windows. I was travelling to visit my student at Reed College, so you can't beat this location!
I think this place is best suited for one - or two who are sharing the bed. My daughter last time found the couch not that comfortable, as well as no privacy due to this being an open studio layout.
