Lovely well maintained apartment. Everything detail thought of for a great stay including milk and a bag of ice, coffee capsules for the coffee machine & a selection of teas. The apartment was super clean. Bed very comfortable. The apartment is very central but extremely quiet with double glazed windows doing a good job. There was a communal laundry too. Javier, the owner was very helpful with parking and restaurant recommendations.

Amazing apartment located in the heart of Merida. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to visit this lovely city and also Cáceres. It’s within walking distance from every attraction in the city, and in a lively street. The apartment is modern and very well refurbished and equipped, in a traditional, beautiful building.Javier is helpful, kind, and very easy to communicate with. Check in was super smooth. We highly recommend recommend these apartments to every Mérida visitor.
