L'emplacement (quartier de la Candelaria) Le cachet historique de l'immeuble Le toit terrasse avec vue panoramique
Le bruit de la route Les fenêtres dans un piteux état qui laissent passer le bruit de la rue, l'air et même la pluie quand elle tombe en biais ! Elles sont à changer en urgence, ça gâche les nuits et le plaisir de loger dans cet appartement. Les couverts en nombre insuffisant, le frigo qui fonctionne cahin caha, la propreté perfectible de la cuisine et de ses éléments (tous vieux, surtout les poêles...)

L’appartement est très bien placé, sécurisé et propre.
La rue est très bruyante et un des lits « double » est trop petit pour deux adultes.
