Really valued the air conditioning. The decor was unified, and the furniture all seemed fairly new. Parking included, quiet neighbourhood, had utilities perfect for a family including fridge, rice cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and use of a washing machine. The host made sure mosquito nets were installed for us - that was VERY appreciated!
There were a few minor issues, such as the kitchen sink tap being a bit wobbly and the hinges on the bathroom doors being loud, but those sorts of issues are easy to fix and this wouldn't in any way stop us going back again. We didn't ask for them to be fixed as we wanted a quiet weekend, but I feel certain that if we'd brought any issue up the owner would have addressed it quickly, as she was very responsive.

No breafast served. Food bought at a supermarket which was a bit far. No alternatives available around. Wish a catering facility located nearby.
At least a dining table with sufficient space should be provided. Better if there is a desk to work. Wifi was OK but not superb. Laundry free of charge was good but
