Bardzo czysto, spokojna okolica, bardzo dobry dojazd, miejsce na auto- możliwość zostawienia po wymeldowaniu, dostęp do kuchni, miła właścicielka.
Jedynie materace mogłyby być trochę grubsze.

Twarde, wygodne materace. Ładny pokój, wystarczającej wielkości na jedną, dwie noce. Gorące kaloryfery, gorąca woda w kranie. Uprzejma, bezproblemowa obsługa. Wodospad na przeciwko wjazdu na posesję.
Woda w kranie jest z własnego ujęcia (jak wszędzie w Korbielowie) i bardzo śmierdziała chlorem, a początkowo leciała mocno brązowa (do picia i gotowania bezpieczniej zabrać swoją). Bardzo niskie łóżka. Przy dłuższym pobycie doskwierałby brak szafy, a przez to brak możliwości wygodnego rozmieszczenia ubrań. Bardzo brzydkie podwórko i widoczna przez okno zaniedbana okolica. Bardzo skromnie wyposażona kuchnia/jadalnia. Brak herbaty, resztka kawy i cukru.
