While this was one of the more affordable accommodations in the area, I unfortunately would not recommend staying here.
The entire building felt very run-down and poorly maintained, with cleanliness being my biggest concern. At first glance, my room appeared to have been recently updated thanks to a wood accent wall, but that was about where the renovations ended. The old, dirty carpeting and worn couch made the room feel anything but clean or comfortable.
To make matters worse, I left my stay covered in what appeared to be insect bites, potentially from bed bugs, and ended up needing medication to manage the reaction.
In the end, the money I thought I was saving by choosing a more affordable hotel was spent on medication to deal with the aftermath of my stay.
Unfortunately, the lower price was not worth the experience, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

sadly we only were there 1 night, next time I'd stay 3 or 4 nights and just have a great vacay

Extremely cozy stay, infact a heritage site which is just 3 mins walk from Sydney Beach and from the Port Sydney Falls (More like Rapids). Only if they could provide an electric kettle or some in-house facility for coffee, it would've been perfect! The room was spacious, and loved the vibe of the reception!

Restaurant inside premise for few hours dinner, everything else is in Huntsville.
Room needs update, ripped carpet, screen door, several burnt out light bulbs, missing chairs in room, weak wifi signal
